1. Acceptance
By using HinduPage or submitting a business listing, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Listing Guidelines and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Directory service
HinduPage provides business discovery, account, listing, search, payment, invoice and related platform services. We do not promise leads, sales, search-engine rankings, revenue or a particular level of traffic.
3. Voluntary Hindu-owned declaration
Owner-created listings require the owner or an authorised representative to voluntarily declare that the business is Hindu-owned and that the submitted information is accurate. HinduPage does not infer religion from a person's name, image, caste, language or location.
4. Business accounts
Business accounts use a verified Indian mobile number. The person creating or managing an account must be legally capable of entering into the relevant agreement and must own the business or be authorised to act for it. Account holders are responsible for password security and activity through their account. One account may manage multiple businesses that the account holder legitimately owns or is authorised to manage.
5. Listing fee, review and publication
The applicable listing fee is shown before payment. Payment is collected before the listing is reviewed. Payment does not guarantee approval. Approved listings are published for the applicable listing period; rejected paid submissions are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Launch and regular pricing
Where the website displays a launch offer, eligibility is determined by the rules shown at checkout. The introductory price is currently intended for the first eligible owner-created and mobile-verified listings only. Administrative/sample listings do not use or consume owner promotional eligibility. Renewals use the regular renewal price displayed at the time of renewal.
7. Listing edits
Important changes submitted to a live listing may be placed in review. The previously approved version can remain public until the proposed changes are accepted.
8. Accuracy and lawful use
Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, impersonating, infringing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or dangerous content. A listing must not be used to encourage unlawful denial of lawful goods or services to customers.
9. Third-party transactions
HinduPage is not the seller of goods or services offered by listed businesses and is not a party to transactions between visitors and listed businesses.
10. Suspension or removal
We may suspend, reject or remove listings or accounts for fraud, impersonation, non-payment, repeated policy violations, security concerns, legal requirements or materially misleading information.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep HinduPage available and accurate, but no online directory can guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
